PARALEGAL PROFILE
Kathleen Garofolo- Paralegal
Kathleen has been a paralegal with the Law Offices of
Richard T. Curley, P.C. since 2007, practicing with a
particular focus on probate administration, complex personal
injury, and civil litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, she
was a paralegal with Markofski Law Offices, concentrating on
probate administration, family law, and criminal defense
law.
A graduate of Boyertown Area High School and The
Philadelphia Institute of Paralegal Training, Kathleen is a
Notary Public and former member of the Philadelphia
Association for Paralegals. Kathleen’s previously held
positions include serving on the Board of Directors for the
Boyertown YMCA Parents Association and Secretary of the Mako
Sharks Swim Team Association. Kathleen has also received her
Certification as a USA Swim Official.
Kathleen has been a small business owner since 1991 and is a
member of the Defenders of Wildlife Organization as well as
the PPA.
